Product Overview

The multi-station helium mass spectrometer leak detector for ceramic components features touch screen and button switch for display and control, with manual workpiece placement. It has 2 stations, each capable of detecting 4 products simultaneously. Different product specifications can be detected by changing leak detection tooling. During the leak detection process, the workpiece is placed on the leak detection tooling connected to the leak detector. The cylinder descends to press the helium gas nozzle against the workpiece, the auxiliary pump evacuates the inside of the workpiece, and the leak detector continues to evacuate to clear the background. After reaching the background value, helium gas is sprayed, and the leak detector judges the leak rate based on the helium gas penetration.

Product Features

After leak detection, the static point surface of the product is not pressed, the material (valve metal) does not deform, and the product is not damaged.

Equipped with a helium extraction device and exhaust port to prevent helium poisoning of the equipment.

The product can automatically alarm in case of air leakage.

By replacing the fixture, it can meet the automatic leak detection requirements of various products.
